What is the recommended attire?
Attire at Guiding the Way to Inclusion is business casual. Wear comfortable shoes. We recommend dressing in layers as air conditioning is difficult to regulate in large facilities. Rooms may be overly warm or cool.

Will childcare be provided?
NACAC does not provide childcare services during GWI. Attendees requiring assistance with childcare should contact their hotel concierge.

How do I make a hotel reservation?
Hotel reservations at the DoubleTree Philadelphia Center City will made be via private link within the GWI Housing Block. Links will be made available in early 2022. Attendees must book within the block to receive the group rate. We are unable to move outside reservations into the official housing block.

Are any meals included in my registration fee?
Yes. Breakfast is included Monday - Wednesday; Lunch is included in the hotel on Monday and a stipend is offered on Tuesday for an offsite experience; afternoon refreshments and snacks are offered on Monday and Tuesday; heavy hors d'oeuvres and refreshments are offered at the Welcome Reception on Sunday.
