Why are you serving on the Faculty Advisory Committee?
"As a first-time faculty member this past year, I felt like I connected with the participants and also learned from the participants about what is needed and what they are looking for. Many of the participants and those in my small group, I have continued to stay in contact with and mentor... I feel that being able to give back and serve is important because when my time is over, we must have someone to pass the torch to.”
