School Profiles
In response to a motion at the 2017 Assembly, NACAC has collected publicly-available links to more than 1,200 member secondary school profiles. This online resource is intended to help secondary schools to create or improve school profiles, using examples from their NACAC peers. In addition, colleges and universities can utilize this resource to find information about schools with which they might not be familiar. As a second phase to this project, a group of NACAC member-leaders, led by the NACAC Professional Development Committee, reviewed the profiles and created the new Best Practices for Developing a School Profile guide.
Please contact KnowledgeCenter@nacacnet.org with any questions or updates to your school's profile link.
NACAC included a question on its 2017-18 Counseling Trends Survey (CTS), which asked high schools if their school profile is publicly available on their website. The results below include responses from 2,251 secondary schools in the US (ending in grade 12).
