Governance
NACAC is governed by a Board of Directors and the voting members of the organization. The board officers and directors are elected by eligible voting members of NACAC. The Board of Directors is advised by each of these groups, and by NACAC ad hoc and special committees, commissions, and task forces appointed by the board, to support well-informed and strategic decision-making.
